Urban Housing Complex

Project Overview

This project explores affordable housing solutions for urban environments, with a focus on community building and sustainability. The design responds to the increasing density of urban areas while maintaining quality of life through thoughtful spatial arrangements, access to natural light, and shared community spaces.

The complex consists of 36 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, arranged around a central courtyard that serves as a community gathering space. The facade employs a modular system that allows for variation while maintaining construction efficiency.
